This Sicily cooking class is not just set in an absolutely beautiful location, it is also hosted by the Duchess of Palermo herself!
This class will be hosted in a fabulous 18th century Palazzo by the sea, the last home of Prince Giuseppe Tomasi di Lampedusa, the author of the world-famous novel "The Leopard". You will visit the colourful and historic Capo market to acquire your ingredients for the day and take a stroll through the organic gardens to pick fresh herbs, flowers and lemons to use in your cooking class.
You will cook a full Sicilian menu and enjoy the meal in the comfort of the Palazzo’s elegant dining room where white-gloved waiters will serve you the delicious Sicilian dishes that you and your fellow students have created.
As an added bonus, you will also have a rare privilege of being able to see the original handwritten manuscript of the Prince’s enduring masterpiece, The Leopard.
