Chef Eric’s Culinary Classroom Los Angeles - Pizza Pizazz! Party

Nothing screams Italian tradition quite like pizza. Chef Eric will teach you and your group how to prepare and cook the absolute best pizza dough during one of these amazing classes.

You will create different styles of pizza and enjoy fresh toppings with your pizza. Some of these include a classic margherita pizza and even an alfredo sauce pizza with herb-grilled chicken.

Previous students have stated that Chef Eric is very knowledgeable and super passionate about cooking as he teaches the classes himself. Most people walked away much more confident than when they walked in and with multiple classes a week, there is something for everyone who loves to cook.
