Cooking Class with Nonna - Focaccia and Pasta Cooking Class

This class is sure to be an unforgettable experience as you learn all the secrets of making 4 traditional recipes that you will want to recreate over and over again.

This class will include dishes such as orecchiette, a typical Apulian pasta, a classic focaccia paired with tomato as well as a stuffed focaccia and an Apulian dessert - taralli dolci.

You will make everything from scratch using organic and seasonal ingredients from the garden, house made extra virgin olive oil, parmesan cheese and so much more. By the end you will also enjoy a full meal consisting of the food that you made and some other surprises as well!

These bread classes have been well loved by past participants who have enjoyed their stay at Trulli Del Bosco and many have said that they would love to return. The classes are only available if you are staying on the property, from €45 to €80 per person per night depending on how busy it is.
