This cooking class will take you through the whole process of cooking from start to finish, from picking out your ingredients and cooking them to enjoying them with a glass of wine.

You will meet for a cappuccino and brioche at Certaldo’s coffee bar, and then head for the local market to see the fresh, local fare. Once all the ingredient selections are made, you will head to the school for a light lunch and continue your cooking course in the kitchen.

You will prepare a four-course meal consisting of an antipasti, primo, secondo, and dolce before indulging in the results of your hard work.

This is one cooking class not to miss as you will learn how to cook with truffles and take part in the included truffle hunting at the start of the day.

You will learn about which season grows which variety of truffle such as white truffles at the end of the year, black truffles in the winter, and all the other varieties that make it possible for you to have truffle year round. You will then go on to make 4 dishes that all contain truffle and learn about the best ways to cook with them.
