Dive Sicily - Typical Sicilian Cooking Class: Authentic Italian Pizza Cooking Class

Come and join one of these cooking classes to learn traditional home cooking like you have never seen before. You will be welcomed into the family home of a local chef where you will be taught how to prepare a 4 course meal from scratch.

This hands on cooking class will teach you how to prepare dishes based on seafood such as anchovies beccafico style, marinated in lemon juice and olive oil, home made maccheroni pasta with fried eggplant, swordfish alla “ghiotta” with capers and fresh tomato, and tiramisu to round everything off.

You will also be taught the secrets on how to make a traditional Sicilian lemon liqueur, limoncello. This class will teach you many new skills and also give you a better understanding of Sicilian food.
