They opened their first shop in 2007 inside the former Carpano liquor factory and since then, their mission has been to create a harmonious place to allow the public to spend their time tasting amazing food and even learning a new skill.

They opened their largest store in Rome in 2012, 16,000 square meters, in the former Ostiense station with amazing restaurants and classrooms. They have expanded to all over the world from Northern Europe to the Middle East and even the UK.

Come and join this practical hands on class and learn the skills of your fellow carbohydrate lovers at Eataly as they teach you how to make the perfect bread dough. The menu includes dishes ranging from breadsticks to cheese focaccia and even taralli.
