Eataly Los Angeles - Napoli Style Pizza Party with Rossopomodoro

Rossopomodoro is the premier producer of authentic Neapolitan pizza and they strive to hold their restaurant to the standard of a Neapolitan pizzeria located in Naples by training their professional chefs to the highest degree.

In this pizza making class you will observe the expert pizzaiolo as they teach you the skills and techniques to prepare this delicious dish. Each person will participate and gain hands-on experience by building their pizza from start to finish and take home 1 pound of pizza dough to make pizza in your own kitchen.

The course also comes with recipes for all who attend and you will be sampling 4 of Rossopomodoro's pizzas made in the wood-burning ovens at Eataly.
