This class will teach you how to make pasta from scratch and form it into shapes such as tagliatelle, tagliolini and pappardelle. You will also learn how to make seasoned and filled pastas such as ricotta filled ravioli paired with olive oil and a delicious asparagus sauce.
You will learn that the techniques required to prepare a sauce and match it with pasta is an art in itself. You will definitely want to recreate these recipes for dinner with your family.
The class will end off with a delicious tiramisu made from scratch with flavour that will have you coming back for more every time you prepare and eat it in class and at home.
