You will learn the correct flour to use, how to mix and knead the pasta dough to the perfect consistency, the appropriate amount of time to cook your pasta and of course you will also learn how to pair your fresh pasta with different sauces to create different dishes.

This cooking class is the perfect way to introduce yourself to fresh pasta making and the great thing about pasta making, is that the more you practice the better you get so this is a sure to be skill that you constantly develop and your family certainly won't mind being your test subjects!
