Mattia's Pizza - Private Pizza Masterclass

This pizza masterclass takes place right in your home and you will get the chance to learn about either the Neapolitan pizza or the Roman pizza, you choose!

You will be taught how to prepare a wonderful pizza base in your own kitchen and you will have an easier time learning the techniques because you are in a familiar environment. You will learn about important factors relating to yeast, flour, and water, and even make your own pizza sauce from scratch.

You will get to enjoy your pizza at the end of class and receive freshly made dough that you can use to practice your newfound skills on.
