My Little Adventure - Traditional Home Cooking Experience in Lecce

This is truly a unique cooking class as it takes place in an old extra virgin olive oil mill and is led by a very passionate local chef.

You will learn how to make pasta using techniques that have been passed down through the generations and even learn about some of the best culinary traditions from the area. You will use fresh produce from the local market such as fresh tomatoes and maybe even use them to make a delicious tomato sauce to pair with your pasta.

You will enjoy a dinner after class consisting of the dishes that you have prepared along with some excellent wine and the company of your fellow classmates and the chef.
