You be shown everything from start to finish and make your own from scratch. You will learn about the ingredients and the best way to develop the dough and perfect the leavening process after which you will top and bake your pizza.
This class will end with a delicious lunch along with some wine as you enjoy the area in all its glory and strike up a conversation with your fellow participants.
