This hands on cooking class will teach you the recipes for a variety of different pastas that include fresh pasta dough, tortellini, ravioli, gnocchi as well as a delicious butter sauce. You will also learn how to create tagliatelle or angel hair pasta out of your dough so that you will get to take home fresh pasta for dinner!
