Tortello - Private Pasta Classes

You will feel right at home in this one of these Italian cooking classes as you are taught how to prepare delicious pasta and enjoy some wine in the process.

You will create your own volcano of dough and then learn how to shape your dough into 4 different shapes which you will then take home with you. You will also enjoy a family-style meal cooked by their talented chefs that may consist of tortelli di burrata and chiusoni alla gallurese, along with some seasonal vegetables and desserts.

You will receive a glass of prosecco upon arrival as well as a bottle of house wine for the group to enjoy together.
