Villa Ida Sorrento - Cooking classes in Sorrento

Come and join these cooking classes in Sorrento at the beautiful Villa Ida. You will be welcomed with a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice, a slice of delicately flavoured plum cake and a Neapolitan coffee to enjoy before your cooking class starts.

After introductions, you will move to the kitchen and begin your cooking lessons consisting of traditional dishes. Your menu will vary according to what is in season but you will prepare a 4 course meal consisting of an appetiser, a first course, a second course and even dessert.

The vegetables that you will be using for your dishes will be coming from the vegetable garden of the host and you will get to cook with whatever is in season.

During your cooking class you will also be participating in a wine tasting on the property as well as tasting locally produced cheeses. You will even be receiving a lesson on how the wine is produced by the man that does it.

You will then enjoy a lunch consisting of all the dishes that you have prepared and of course pair them with some wine as you sit in the garden and enjoy the atmosphere as well as the company that you are in.
