Pasta is life and this cooking class will show you just that as you are taught how to make your fresh pasta from scratch and pair it with delicious sauce.
Participants will prepare their own dough and learn valuable tips for making spaghetti/tagliatelle with a pasta machine as well as a carbonara sauce that will leave you speechless. You will also learn how to make tomato bruschetta and a decadent panna cotta paired with a fruit coulis.
You will receive all the recipes that you have prepared for the day including some extra pasta dough to take home and prepare for the evening or even freeze it to use later.
