Ingredients
  

  • 2 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 tsp Fresh ground black pepper
  • 3 large T-bone steaks about 1 pound each
  • 3 Tbsp butter melted
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 2 sprigs fresh sage
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 1 lemon cut into wedges

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your grill to 500 degrees F.
  • Tie the rosemary, sage and thyme into a small bundle, tying the stems together tightly. set aside for now.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, onion powder, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • Brush each steak with the seasoned olive oil mixture, coating both sides in the seasoning blend.
  • Once the steaks are seasoned, place them directly on the hot grill. Cook for 6-7 minutes for a medium rare steak. Feel free to cook the steak for a minute or two longer or shorter to suit your personal preference.
  • After you flip the steaks for the first time, Dip the bundle of herbs into the melted butter and brush them over the steak. Do this every minute or so as the second side of the steak is cooking.
  • Remove the steaks from the grill and let sit for about 3 minutes. Then, carve and enjoy the steak Fiorentina!
